Pequeño Formato / Small - format
Las obras de pequeño formato forman una gran parte de mi producción artística. La mayoría de ellas pertenece a la serie serie “Abstracto Hecho Pintura”, que sigue en curso. Donde el subconsciente encontró por primera vez el gesto: una exploración de la materia como territorio emocional.
Small-format works form a large part of my artistic production. Most of them belong to the ongoing series “Abstract Made Painting,” where the subconscious first encountered gesture: an exploration of matter as emotional territory.

Es una síntesis visual de la experiencia social: la belleza de ser uno entre muchos sin dejar de ser uno mismo. Cinco siluetas, cinco identidades. Este pequeño cuadro explora la tensión entre el individuo y el grupo, donde los tonos pastel nos recuerdan que, incluso en la masa, cada uno conserva su propio matiz.

It is a visual synthesis of social experience: the beauty of being one among many while still remaining oneself. Five silhouettes, five identities. This small painting explores the tension between the individual and the group, where pastel tones remind us that, even in a crowd, each person retains their own unique nuance.

Igual que Ícaro por volar tan alto se quemo las alas, esta obra transmite la necesidad de encaramarse por encima de los sentimientos humanos que puede producir un efecto indeseado en cuanto que las expectativas no se corresponden con la realidad. Haciendo que ese caleidoscopio produzca visiones múltiples al reconocer los límites en los que uno esta inmerso.
Se trata de una imagen ambigua, reversible, en la que utilizo este recurso para ofrecer un guiño enigmático al contenido visual, animando al espectador a girar el cuadro y descubrir nuevos enfoques.

Just as Icarus burned his wings by flying too high, this work conveys the need to rise above human emotions, which can produce an undesirable effect when expectations don't align with reality. This kaleidoscope creates multiple perspectives as we recognize the limitations within which we are immersed.
It is an ambiguous, reversible image, in which I use this device to offer an enigmatic hint at the visual content, encouraging the viewer to turn the painting and discover new perspectives.

Es una metáfora visual sobre la incertidumbre y la búsqueda de claridad en la experiencia humana. Porque la verdad no es un puerto al que se llega, sino la luz que se genera mientras navegamos el mar de nuestras propias preguntas.Concepto: Exploración de la resiliencia y la iluminación frente a la crisis existencial.

Como si de un limbo se tratara, sobre un fondo color lila, los trazos rápidos crean unas formas contundentes, en un principio sin sentido alguno pero reconocibles tales como: un tótem, unas figuras humanas en movimiento, entre otros, separados entre si pero compartiendo el mismo espacio y los mismos tonos, lo que interpreta como una metáfora de la interconexión humana.
A través de la simbología y espiritualidad de culturas ancestrales, os invito a una especie de oración o reflexión profunda sobre nuestro lugar en este contexto.

As if in a limbo, against a lilac background, quick strokes create striking forms, initially meaningless yet recognizable, such as a totem, human figures in motion, among others, separated from one another but sharing the same space and tones, which is interpreted as a metaphor for human interconnectedness.
Through the symbolism and spirituality of ancestral cultures, I invite you to a kind of prayer or deep reflection on our place in this context.
